The strategies of quality task team are to institutionalize Quality System through planning, control, improvement, sharing of lessons learned and variation reduction, to implement ISO9000/QS9000 standards company-wide, assure discipline and rigor of product development process with an emphasis on prevention, to implement “Best Practices”, develop common initiatives and drive for continuous improvement, improve supplier quality and to protect the customer through improved first time quality and the Customer Acceptance Review and Evaluation (CARE) process. Environmental stewardship is the catchword at Delphi and it is the guiding force behind their manufacturing processes and the products and technologies they create.
