Joe Corbi’s is a food fundraising company that was the first company to put a pizza kit in a box for fundraising. Joe Corbi's was founded in 1983 by Joseph Victor Corbi who was named Baltimore Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004. Joe Corbi’s nephew, Rocco Violi and Joe Corbi’s son, Vic Corbi continue to make Joe Corbi’s a family run business.
Joe Corbi’s dream was to have schools and non-profit organizations use the pizza kit to raise money for their organizations. Schools, youth groups, sports teams, churches, scouts, choirs and other groups across the country use pizza kits and Joe Corbi’s other food products to raise money for their organizations.
While most known for their pizza kit fundraising, Joe Corbi’s also sells cookie dough, calzones, cookies, pretzels, quesos, bagels, cakes, and cinnamon rolls. The company is also known for their commitment to nutrition, with whole wheat pizza crust options and zero trans fat cookie dough.
