Gordon Perry, the President of Kauai Home Sales, was born and raised in Dallas and attended SMU and Centenary College. Prior to moving to Kauai, he spent 37 years in the music industry in. He owned and operated the Goodnight Dallas & Goodnight LA chain of recording studios as well as actively working as a record producer. He is best known for his work with Stevie Nicks (Fleetwood Mac). During her solo career, he served in various capacities including producer, arranger, publisher and video director. He was awarded six gold and platinum records for his involvement in sales of over ten million records. He is a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences and himself a “Grammy” award recipient.
In addition to a career in the music business, Gordon also was a partner in “The Stark Club”, an internationally known nightclub, as well as two successful restaurants. He was a partner in “The Madison Hotel” and also has owned and operated several rental properties on Kauai and South Lake Tahoe. After relocating to Kauai he joined the real estate profession, first with Century 21 All Islands’ Princeville office and then in December 2002 joined O´Connor Realty, LLC.
Since relocating to Kauai Gordon has served as President of the board of the Princeville II Community Association, served on the Princeville II design review committee, currently serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Hanalei Bay, as well as on the board of the Kauai Board of Realtors.
